Survival or Brand Building?

The 21st day changed something deep inside me.

Not just the way I look at brand building… but the way I look at life itself.

When it comes to life, I realized something very simple —

we are always complaining about our own problems.

I was doing the same.

I was worried about my car… frustrated, stressed.

But then I saw people around me who had lost so much more.

There were families who had lost everything… even their loved ones.

And I kept thinking…

what must they be going through right now?

At that moment, my own problems started to feel smaller.

Not irrelevant… but smaller.

Something shifted inside me.

When it comes to brand building, I learned something equally important.

People don’t want fake perfection.

They don’t care about over-edited videos or scripted content.

They want something real.

They want to see the truth behind a brand.

And maybe… this situation was forcing me to understand that.

Because of the floods, most of our roads were destroyed.

Everything became uncertain.

The biggest challenge now was survival —

reaching work every day, managing operations,

and somehow continuing the journey of building this brand.

It wasn’t easy.

But one thing was clear in my mind —

if I continue this, I will only show what is real.

So for the next few days,

I started documenting everything honestly.

How we were reaching work…

the struggles we were facing…

and at the same time, I was also trying to find my car.

I showed that too.

For the first time,

I didn’t care about views.

I didn’t care about reach.

I just wanted to continue the journey…

and show the real side of building a Himachali handloom brand.

And while doing all this,

almost a week passed.

Without even realizing it,

we had reached the 30th day.

The journey was changing…

and so was I.

But what happened next…

that’s a story for the next blog.
