Shipping
Once an order is placed and the payment is successfully completed, we receive your order for processing.
Currently, we ship our products through India Post, as our brand operates from a village area where courier service options are limited. Because of this, orders are dispatched only on working days.
After your order is dispatched, the tracking number is shared with you via SMS on the same day. Please note that dispatching from our location may sometimes take an extra day.
The total delivery time usually takes 6–7 days, depending on your location and postal service timelines. We kindly request you to place your order keeping this delivery time in mind.

Returns
Returns are available, but they are handled on a personal basis.
At the moment, we do not have a dedicated return shipping partner. Therefore, if a return is required, the product will need to be sent back to us via post. Once you share the return tracking number, we will initiate your refund immediately.
That said, we believe a return may not be necessary, as we take great care in maintaining product quality. We dispatch 7–8 parcels daily, and so far, we have not received any complaints from our customers.
